 Larry Crouch, Jr., CIC, President

Larry is a graduate of Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration.
He began his employment with Monge, Crouch, & Mahoney, Inc. in 1982. Larry is a Business Insurance Consultant for medium to large commercial accounts and is also responsible for the day to day management of the agency. He received his Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation in June, 2002.
Larry is a member of Grace United Methodist Church and is a board member for the Boys and Girls Club of Pekin. He also sits on the United Workforce Investment advisory board and is a member of the Klystron Society of WTVP Public Television.
 Luke Gruden, Business Insurance Consultant

Luke is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology.
Luke joined Monge, Crouch & Mahoney, Inc. in June of 2009 and is currently working towards his Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist (CLCS) designation. He is a Business Insurance Consultant for all commercial lines accounts.
Luke comes to Monge, Crouch & Mahoney, Inc. after spending two years as an Account Executive with Advanced Technology Services (ATS). Luke was also a member of the 1999-2000 Peoria Rivermen Kelly Cup Championship Team. When his playing career ended he went on to become an Assistant Coach for the Rivermen before beginning his sales career.
Luke is a member of the Kiwanis Club and resides in Pekin with his wife Lynzie and his two children Brady (4) and Owen (2).
 Paula Pope, CIC, Business Insurance Account Manager

Paula began with Monge, Crouch, and Mahoney, Inc in September, 1997, where she is currently an Account Manager in the business insurance department. Her previous experience includes eleven years with another local agency. Paula began her career with CIGNA Insurance Company, where she remained for five years. The majority of this time she spent in the commercial lines department as an underwriting assistant.
Paula received her Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation in July of 2007.

Jessica graduated from Eureka College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education. Upon graduation she decided not to go into teaching, but to work for a telecommunications company in Chicago. She later moved back to Central Illinois to work for another telecommunications company in the area.
Jessica joined Monge, Crouch, & Mahoney in May of 2007 and brings with her several years of experience in customer service. Jessica is currently working toward her Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation.

Jeremy is a life long Pekin resident that graduated from Pekin Community High School in 2004. He went on to graduate from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelor of Science degree in Actuarial Science.
Jeremy joined Monge, Crouch & Mahoney, Inc. in March of 2009 and is currently training to be a Business Insurance Account Executive. He is working toward various certifications as well as advancing his studies in Actuarial Science.
 Ron Snyder, Personal Insurance Agent

Ron formerly worked for Monge, Crouch & Mahoney, Inc. from 1987 through 1994 at which time he decided to pursue another business opportunity with Morton Metalcraft and moved to North Carolina where he was involved in the start-up of a new plant in Apex, NC. He was a supervisor from 1994 through 2007 in the Apex plant.
Ron re-joined the Monge, Crouch & Mahoney team in 2007 and is currently a personal lines agent as well as the manager of the personal lines department. He is working toward his Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation.
 Kim Ashby, Personal Insurance Agent

Prior to joining the staff at Monge, Crouch & Mahoney, Inc., in 2006 Kim worked with another local independent insurance agency for nearly six years. She moved to Illinois in November of 1999 from Greenfield, Indiana where she also worked as a customer service agent at an insurance agency for eight years. Kim is working toward her Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation.
Kim is a member and Sunday School teacher at the Church of Christ. She also helps with the Lads to Leaders program where she helps lead the Good Samaritan and Puppet Theatre programs and judges events at their annual convention.

Debbie began her employment with Monge, Crouch, and Mahoney, Inc. in November of 1994. She had previously worked for Mass Mutual Life Insurance as a customer service rep and then stayed home raising her two children for several years.
She joined an insurance company in 1990 in the commercial lines underwriting department before joining the Monge, Crouch & Mahoney team in 1994. Debbie has been a licensed Personal Insurance Agent with our firm since 1997 and works hard to provide her customers with the exceptional service they deserve.
Debbie received her Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation in September of 2008.
Alice Dyer, Accountant

Alice began her employment with Monge, Crouch & Mahoney, Inc. in May of 2004. She maintains clients' accounts, company financial data, and various other accounting and office roles.
Alice is experienced in accounting, office management, income tax preparation and real estate sales. Along with regular training in the agency's management system she continues to maintain her license as a Life and Health as well as a Property and Casualty insurance producer. She is currently working toward her Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation.
